Avocado on Toast is a standard on most café breakfast menus these days. Any home cook can make avocado on toast but do you have the skills to create a healthy but delicious café style avocado dish?
We are inviting wannabe chefs to dish up some avo toast to Chef Geoff and Nutritionist Tracey. How will your dish measure up?

How to enter: Message us on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/farmsfoodfamily/) by June 3 telling us in 20 words or less why your avo toast is good enough to serve at a café.
Conditions: Tell us in 20 words or less why your avo dish is good enough to serve in a café. We will select 4 contestants to prepare on avo toast dish at 10:45am on the First Sunday food – Winter June 4th. We will provide the preparation tools, Lockyer Valley Avocados and a mystery basket selection of ingredients. You will have 20 minutes to create your avo toast masterpiece.
Dishes will be judged by a chef and a nutritionist. Prize winner will receive a voucher from The Priory Kitchen Woolloongabba. The judges’ decision is final.
